Going to the vet is never a fun experience for our furry friends. It's scary, it smells weird, and it's full of unfamiliar faces. When North London Pet Clinic contacted Livescape to inquire about a reception re-design, our staff took a different approach than most designers, prioritizing the needs of the pets.
The new reception area (complete with under-floor drainage in case of "accidents") has the comforting feel of a park, complete with a living wall to purify the air and reduce clinic smells. While the living wall features real plants, the other vegetation is plastic; a more sanitary and low-maintenance option for clinic employees. The soothing sounds of the water feature further enhance the experience for pets and their owners.
